The South Aegean–Rhodes Experimental Tourism SAEK, under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Tourism, hereby informs interested parties that the application process for the admission of new trainees for the 2026–2027 academic year is currently underway.
According to the announcement by the Ministry of Tourism (Ref. No. 15120/July 31, 2026), a total of 100 positions are being offered at the Rhodes School across three specializations:
• Hospitality Management – 40 positions•
Culinary Arts Technician – Head Chef (Chef) – 40
positions• Baking and Pastry Arts Technician – 20 positions
Graduates of General or Vocational High Schools (GEL or EPAL), as well as holders of equivalent qualifications, are eligible to apply.
Candidates must submit an online application from August 4 through September 15, 2026, via the Ministry of Tourism’s dedicated information system.

Submitting an Application for Admission to the Experimental Tourism
SAEKs No supporting documents need to be attached to the online application. Applicants enter their personal information and scoring criteria, while the necessary supporting documents are submitted upon enrollment by those who are accepted.
Enrollment in the public Experimental SAEK Tourism programs is free and lasts five semesters, four of which consist of coursework and one of which consists of a mandatory 960-hour internship.
