With the aim of further promoting the event internationally and attracting runners from every corner of the globe, the Organizing Committee of the TUI Rhodes International Marathon is making an appearance in the capital. A delegation from the committee, led by President Marietta Papavasiliou, will be in Athens from November 4 to 7, 2026, participating in the 43rd Authentic Marathon Expo, the Allwyn Marathon Expo.
The sporting event will be held at the Tae Kwon Do Indoor Arena in Palaio Faliro, at the Region of South Aegean’s booth. There, visitors and athletes will have the opportunity to learn in detail about the 12th Rhodes Marathon, which is scheduled for April 18, 2027, and has now established itself as one of the most popular events in the running community both domestically and internationally.
In a statement, the Chair of the Organizing Committee, Marietta Papavasiliou, issued an open invitation to the Marathon Expo audience: “We eagerly and joyfully await all runners and visitors to come and experience our race, as well as get a small taste of Dodecanese hospitality. And of course, we look forward to welcoming them on April 18 in beautiful Rhodes, so they can experience the island’s beauty firsthand, but also to run in a truly unique race alongside runners from all over the world.”
