Granting of Scholarships for the Academic Year 2025 – 2026


 

Scholarship Grants for the Academic Year 2025 – 2026

 

The South Aegean Region, in collaboration with MEDITERRANEAN COLLEGE (Athens, Glyfada, and Thessaloniki) and SAEK ALPHA (Athens, Piraeus, Glyfada, and Thessaloniki), announce a total of nine (9) tuition scholarships for the academic year 2025-2026.

Specifically, the scholarships are awarded as follows:

1. MEDITERRANEAN COLLEGE

  • FOUR tuition scholarships for the first year of studies in Bachelor programs. For the continuation of studies with a scholarship, recipients must maintain continuous attendance and good academic performance, with an annual grade over 60%. The scholarships do not include annual fees payable to the British University or diploma/graduation fees.

2. SAEK ALPHA

  • FOUR annual tuition scholarships
  • ONE full tuition scholarship

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  1. Scholarships apply exclusively to the academic year 2025-2026.
  2. Eligible recipients can choose any specialization/study program of interest from those offered by SAEK ALPHA and MEDITERRANEAN COLLEGE.
  3. Currently enrolled or active students in the aforementioned educational institutions are excluded from the evaluation and scholarship awarding process.
  4. Recipients can choose to study at any branch of the aforementioned institutions that suits them, in Athens, Piraeus, Glyfada, or Thessaloniki.
  5. Of the scholarships for SAEK ALPHA, four are for the 1st year of study, and one is for full, two-year attendance.
  6. Scholarships at MEDITERRANEAN COLLEGE are for the 1st year of study, and for the continuation of studies with a scholarship, the recipient must have continuous attendance (consistent presence) and an annual grade above 60%.
  7. For MEDITERRANEAN COLLEGE, the annual cost of fees for the collaborating British university/certification body, as well as diploma/graduation fees, are covered exclusively by the scholarship recipient.
  8. MEDITERRANEAN COLLEGE covers the application fee for the programs.
  9. To secure the scholarships, candidates must meet the minimum admission requirements for their chosen study program.
  10. The aforementioned educational institutions reserve the right not to offer a specific study program in case of low participation. In such a case, the scholarship recipient may choose another program.

 

SELECTION OF SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS

 

The selection of scholarship recipients is made by the South Aegean Region. The scholarship announcement, with all terms/conditions and the selection process, as well as the announcement of the names of the selected scholarship recipients, will be posted on the official website of the South Aegean Region.

Interested individuals, who are permanent residents of the South Aegean Region, must send their application along with the relevant documents in electronic form to the email hr.loi@rho.pnai.gov.gr addressed to Ms. Christina Loi by Friday, September 5, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.

For participation, candidates must electronically submit the following supporting documents: a) Scholarship application (available on the South Aegean Region website www.pnai.gov.gr under the path SCHOLARSHIPS). b) High School Diploma or higher education degree (TEI, AEI, etc.) c) Certificate of permanent residence
