The Cultural Association of Salakos “The Cave” invites you to a celebration of flavors and tradition, at the 17th Yapraki Festival 2025. This great event will take place on Saturday, August 30, at 8:30 PM, at St. George’s Park in Salakos.
In one of the most beautiful spots in the village, visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy the famous Salakos yapraki for free, a traditional delicacy that is a trademark of the area.
The evening will be framed by an authentic island celebration. The Yagkinedes, with their rebetiko-laiko band, as well as local artists, promise to lift spirits and get everyone on their feet with their melodies.
