A unique event that combines the seventh art with social awareness is coming to Rhodes. The Mental Health Film Festival is organized by July 22 through 26, 2026 at the “Rodon” Summer Cinema, with screenings starting daily at 9:00 p.m..
With the central message “We all have a story. Let’s watch it”, the festival aims to inform, entertain, raise awareness, and foster a fruitful cinematic dialogue around mental health issues. Admission is free for all screenings.
The event is organized by “Panakeia” (Company for the Development of Community Mental Health Services for Children and Adults), with the support of DOPAR, Cine-Education, and the artistic group “Porta,” with Lychnari Radio serving as the communications sponsor.

Wednesday, July 22 – “Politiki Kouzina” (2003): This beloved Greek film kicks off the festival program.
