The Greek summer is inextricably linked to traditional festivals. Those in the Pefka area this coming week will have the opportunity to experience an authentic celebration, as a large traditional festival is being organized to celebrate Prophet Elias.
The event will take place on Sunday, July 19, 2026 at the picturesque chapel of Agios Giannis, located at the top of the hill in the area.

8:00 p.m. | Vespers: The festivities will begin at 8:00 p.m. with a festive Vespers service at the chapel.

8:30 PM | Traditional Celebration: This truly festive evening will begin around 8:30 p.m. The audience will have the opportunity to enjoy plenty of food, drinks, and traditional Greek dancing.
Live Music
The musical entertainment and the fun for the guests will be provided by Minas Lentes and his orchestra. With live Greek music and lively rhythms, they promise a night full of fun that will last well into the night.
