The new production by the “Psiloritis” Theater Group of the Brotherhood of Cretans of Rhodes is dedicated to the Crete of legends. It is a play by Michalis Kaukalas (1991 Ipektsi Award) titled “Yusufaina,” which is presented with the support of the Municipality of Rhodes’ Department of Culture.
The play is a story full of charm and humanity, based on the legend of Yousoufaina, set in the Ierapetra region many years ago, at a time when people saw more with the eyes of the soul. The members of the theater troupe bring this play to life under the direction of Yannis Floros.
The performances will take place at the Municipal Theater of Rhodes:
- Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 8:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 8:30 p.m.
