The newly established Dodecanese Association of People with Diabetes “Sugar Knights”. This process is the first step toward the institutional organization of the community, which was created with the aim of informing, supporting, advocate for, and represent people living with diabetes in Rhodes and the Dodecanese.
The election will take place on Saturday, July 18, 2026. Polling stations will be open from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the offices of the Rhodes Association for People with Disabilities, located at 1 Errikou Schliemann Street, in Rhodes.
Right to Participate and Vote
According to the association’s bylaws, only the following individuals have the right to vote in the process:

Individuals over the age of 18 who have diabetes (Type 1 or Type 2).

One (1) of the two guardians of a minor child living with diabetes.
Important Note: A prerequisite for participating in the vote is that the interested party has previously completed their registration as a member of the Association.
